Recipe: Bake in a roasting pan

I love baking in my roasting pans - it's easy and convenient. And popular in Sweden. Here I created 4 different breads; one flavored with coconut, one with carrots, one fermented in the fridge overnight and one no-knead bread made with processed sour milk. Photo: Thomas Hjertén
